Attention!!!  So that we can provide the fastest possible response to members questions,  we reserve the right not to answer to e-mails with the following FAQ's.

Q. I am sure I enter the correct login/password combination but I still can't get into the site.


A. You may have your CAPS LOCK on - usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so check that you've entered them exactly as they appear on your signup email, and try again. 


Q. Do I have to cancel my membership? How to cancel my recurring membership?


A. You need to cancel your membership only if it is recurring, i.e. your credit card is being charged every month to prolong your membership automatically.

If your membership is not recurring, it will be automatically expired by the end of the purchased period of time and you won't be billed again, so you don't need to cancel it. If your membership is recurring, please go here to cancel your membership. 


Q. I have signed up but my computer hung right after that / I have never received an e-mail from you / I've lost all my membership information and I can't get into the site.


A. Please look at our billing support page, you will be able to look up your account details there.


Q. I don't have a credit card, but I still want to join your site. What should I do?


A. We offer different kinds of payment: with a credit card and without it. Please go to our join page to see
other available payment options.


Q. Why doesn't the video play?


A. The most likely reason for this is that you do not have the latest version of Windows Media Please.  Click here to download it from the Microsoft website.


Q. Can I write you in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japan etc?


A. Please, use English for communication. You can translate your message at http://www.altavista.com


Q. My password worked yesterday but today it doesn't. What should I do?

A. Probably your membership has expired. Please check your account status, and sign up again.
